DOB inspectors are available at no additional cost; however, you may instead choose to seek a proposal from other third-party agencies. Book and stay in touch with your inspector via text until the job is complete.
Pay
If you choose a third-party agency, prices are included in the proposals so there are no surprises. Once your inspection is complete, just log back in to Tertius and complete your payment.
